MS in Accounting 會計學碩士適合 會計學本科或者商科相關專業本科的學生申請、就讀。課程分為兩個方向，分別是 Tax和Financial Accounting & Assurance 。這跟絕大多數的美國會計碩士方向劃分一致，分為稅務和財務會計與審計這兩塊。兩個方向的課程長度都是一年，共計30學分。以下是兩個方向的課程安排：
