自學考試英語二科目的免考條件

1.擁有英語專業(專科)以上學歷的考生可以利用畢業證書免考英語二，免考的類型與所學專業相對應。

2.擁有本科以上學歷的考生，成績單上有合格的本科公共課程英語成績（至少3個學期，非考查課）的考生可以免考英語二。

3.2005年英語四六級考試改革前獲得的大學英語四級或六級證書可以免考英語二。

4.通過全國英語等級考試PETS-3及以上級別筆試的合格證書可以免考英語二。（具體免考條件請以各院校公布為準）

申請自考免考的步驟

1.考生登錄系統，在考籍和轉免考管理模塊中的免考功能中提交免考申請。然后，將準考證、身份證、畢業證書和完整成績表的原件及復印件，以及相關證明材料（例如準考證書、畢業證原件、原畢業專業學習成績或加蓋當地人事部門印章的復印件）提交給縣（區）考辦。

2.自考辦收集自考考生的材料，并打印《辦理免考手續憑證》交給考生。然后，將自考考生的材料集中報送市自考辦。經市自考辦審核后，將有關證明材料和免考考生信息數據庫報省自考辦審批。一旦免考課程獲得批準，有關證明材料將退還給考生，而省自考辦則會打印《免考課程合格證》并發給考生。

3.自考辦審核后，考生可以通過系統查詢審核結果。另外，如果自考考生辦理的免考課程與其已有成績的課程存在課程頂替關系，則無需辦理免考手續。
